Our engineers can help you in planning, design and implementation of Powercity Generators and associated equipment. They are equipped with tools and experience in power generation and with broad knowledge on industry standards in generator design and installation.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
We will provide you with printed instructions and remote instruction. Our installation will guarantee the correct setup of your backup power supply, ensuring its optimal performance, safety, and will not affect our product warranty. We provide consultation and manpower for your backup power needs. Ask our sales accountant.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
12 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; after the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices.

PRODUCT RENTA
For a short term use of a generator or if you don’t want to purchase one, you can rent our generator (subject to availability). Inquire from our sales account officers.

PRODUCT TRAINING
We provide operations and maintenance training to our customers. The training will equipped you with familiarization in using our products and skills in maintenance. Our training is held at our main office where you will be comfortable in our air-conditioned training room and mock up facility. If you are unable to come, we can also provide you with remote training services.
